Achille Tenkiang joins Goldin Institute from Princeton University, where he is currently studying African Studies and Development. Founder of the Roots Scholars Foundation, Achille coordinated book drives and fundraisers to raise over 5,000 books and 20 merit scholarships for poverty-stricken youth in M’mouck-Fosimondi, Cameroon. He is a strong proponent for diversity an inclusion as president of the African Students Association and member of the CPUC Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Task Force. His passion, drive, and knack for problem-solving will be utilized at the Kigali Genocide Museum in Rwanda where he will capture and transcribe interviews with local heroes who resisted the 1994 genocide.
