Ceasar McDowell is a Professor of Practice at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology where he teaches urban planning and community development and coordinates cross-department initiatives that leverage technology for community engagement. Ceasar is also the Executive Director of the Interaction Institute for Social Change based in Boston, USA.
