Kelly Salek is an independent consultant specializing in the design, development, and delivery of learning solutions; from eLearning and workshop design to keynote presentations. Kelly’s passion and academic competence as an instructional design allows her to help clients improve employee performance and achieve strategic business results through learning interventions.
Over the past nine years, Kelly has spent her time strategically building and reengaging affinity groups through the creation of learning interventions and coordinating the celebrating of heritage months. She provides guidance on career enrichment opportunities, alignment of professional development connections, recommendation of awards, and connections to local community efforts. Her focus has been centered on her strong beliefs in educational empowerment, multicultural talent, and shared knowledge and experiences to enhance professional growth, promote cultural understanding, and contribute to an individual’s personal and professional goals.
Kelly has earned a Masters degree in Instructional Training and doctoral status in adult learning, curriculum and instruction. She resides in Chicago, is married and has three small children (one of each).
